Hands-On From Day 1
From day 1 you work on the product — on real AI agents and in exciting projects. You jump right in and take on your own tasks and responsibility early. What comes out of a Wednesday workshop is often built on Thursday and tested with the client on Friday.

Where We Work
EDGE Grand Central Berlin
Our office is in EDGE Grand Central, one of Germany's smartest office buildings, in the Europacity right by Berlin Central Station. We come together here for team days and workshops — and if you like, it's your workplace every day.
Remote-First, With a Base in Berlin
We work remote-first, with regular meetups in Berlin. If you live in Berlin, you meet at the office 1–2 times a week. If you live further away, you come to Berlin every 6–8 weeks for workshops or team days. In between, our remote collaboration runs smoothly: regular syncs without unnecessary overhead, fixed focus time and short paths when things need to move fast. And because we're growing right now, you can actively shape our culture.
