Hands-on from day one.
From your first day, you work on the product, on real AI agents, and on exciting projects. You get started right away and take on your own tasks and responsibility early. What starts in a Wednesday workshop is often built by Thursday and being tested by the customer on Friday.
Pioneering spirit.
We often work on things that are new, where nobody has mapped out the path yet. Instead of waiting, we experiment and learn fast. You don’t need to have done it all before, just the curiosity to take on new things. Everyone brings ideas, and we build the good ones together.

Our office is in EDGE Grand Central, one of Germany’s smartest office buildings, in Europacity right next to Berlin Central Station. We meet here for team days and workshops, and if you like, it can be your workplace every day.
Remote-first, based in Berlin.
We work remote-first, with regular meetups in Berlin. If you live in Berlin, you’ll be in the office once or twice a week. If you live further away, you’ll come to Berlin every six to eight weeks for workshops or team meetups. In between, remote collaboration runs smoothly: regular syncs without unnecessary overhead, dedicated focus time, and short paths when things need to move fast. And because we’re growing right now, you can help shape our culture.

Lucid Labs is an AI studio in Berlin that builds production-ready AI agents for mid-sized companies, from the first idea through to day-to-day operation. We bring together AI specialists, hands-on builders, and entrepreneurs to make AI genuinely useful in everyday work. Our base is EDGE Grand Central in Europacity; we work remote-first across Germany, with regular meetups on site.
